Cancellation & Refund Policy

Make My Payment provides digital subscription services.

1. Subscription Policy

Once a subscription plan is purchased, it cannot be cancelled during the active period.
Users will continue to have access to the services until the subscription validity expires.

2. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable because services are activated immediately after purchase.

3. Exceptions

Users are fully responsible for:

  • Duplicate payment due to system error
  • Payment processed but service not activated
  • Incorrect billing caused by the platform

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
